Howdy! I've made a writeup of the plans of Hardspess, including the rollout plans for each phase of teh buildout, and the guidelines we'll be following in its design.

Will bonuses be spread thought the department or only with the worker that "sells" the scrap, becuse if one worker can just submit 3 scrappers work and get rich off it, wouldnt be fair to them.
Plus if the commisions were departmental it could alow for people to specialise into diffrent roles.
